• Evaluation services are available for both prospective and pending cases.

• Cases can be reviewed with or without reference to pleadings, exhibits and documents

• Cases can be conferenced in person, by video conference or by phone.

• Case evaluation by the mediator precludes his subsequent involvement as a mediator.
